MEMIC Names Allen Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Michelle Allen joined MEMIC‘s senior leadership team as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. MEMIC is headquartered in Portland, Maine.
Allen has worked in human resources since 2007, and in officer-level HR positions for 15 years. Most recently, she served as executive vice president at Androscoggin Bank. Before her seven years at Androscoggin Bank, she was vice president and human resources manager at Camden National Bank, and a human resources business partner at Acadia Insurance.
Allen replaces Catherine F. Lamson, who retired in June after 23 years with the company.
Bogdanovich Joins Alliant Insurance Services Team in Maine
Paul Bogdanovich joined Alliant Insurance Services, headquartered in Irvine, Calif., as senior vice president within its northeast employee benefits group.
Based in Portland, Maine, Bogdanovich has over 35 years of insurance industry and sales experience. Before joining Alliant, Bogdanovich was an executive with Sun Life Financial and a sales manager with The Hartford.
