People Moves: New Jersey’s Convelo Group Names Borst President

Convelo Insurance Group, headquartered in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, has hired Andrew “Andy” Borst as president.

Borst has 25 years of insurance industry experience, most recently serving as president of E&S and international programs. Borst also served as an executive officer at Argo Group and held senior roles at OneBeacon Insurance Group. He began his career at Travelers Insurance Company.

Convelo’s former president, Dan Shea, will now move into the newly established executive vice president and chief marketing officer role. Shea has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.
