Alliant Insurance Services, headquartered in Irvine, California, hired Dave Ratcliffe as senior vice president and producer for its employee benefits group. Ratcliffe will support clients nationwide and focus on innovative solutions to improve employee health and cost avoidance.
Before joining Alliant, Ratcliffe was a principal at Buck and Mercer for 25 years combined. He is based in the Washington D.C. – Baltimore area.
