People Moves: IMA Financial Adds Jacobs as Employee Benefits Executive in New York

IMA Financial Group, Inc. has expanded its team in New York City, hiring Shawn A. Jacobs for the newly created role of employee benefits new business client executive. Jacobs serves as an insurance and employee benefits advisor and liaison between IMA’s sales and service teams.

Jacobs joins IMA Financial Group from UnitedHealthcare, where he served as a strategic account executive with UMR. He has 17 years of industry experience, including positions with Health Net of the Northeast, UnitedHealthcare’s fully insured commercial lines of business, Weight Watchers Clinical Solutions Health Plan Initiatives and POMCO’s third-party administration.
