Horcher’s previous roles include vice president positions at Marsh, HUB International and Arthur J. Gallagher, with experience in expertise in industries such as healthcare, specifically senior living, real estate and construction.
Maryland Auto Insurance, headquartered in Baltimore, named De’Von Brown as government relations manager.
Brown is the former legislative director for Delegate Sheneka Henson Brown and previously served as media producer at the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office and as chief of staff for Baltimore City Councilman Antonio Glover.
Maryland Auto’s current government relations manager, Sandra Dodson, plans to retire at the end of the year.
