
Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company (PLM), headquartered in Philadelphia, named Steve Firko as executive vice president and chief operating officer overseeing all front-line customer-focused operating departments, including underwriting, field operations, claims, loss control, marketing, customer service, and operations. Firko has spent over 40 years in the industry and 20 years at PLM, most recently serving as senior vice president of business development, loss control and customer service.
Other executive changes and promotions at PLM include:
- Rich Hall, former senior vice president of underwriting, has been appointed as executive vice president and will assume responsibility for regulatory and government affairs and special projects.
- Steve Hicks, former assistant vice president of underwriting, is now vice president of underwriting.
- Lindsey DiGangi, former assistant vice president of marketing, is now vice president of field operations.
- Sean Briscoe, former assistant vice president of underwriting, is now vice president of loss control.
- Erin Selfe, former vice president of information technology, is now senior vice president of information technology.
- Harold Jamison, former senior vice president of government and regulatory affairs and human resources, is now general counsel.
