Florida-based insurance broker King Risk Partners announced its acquisition of the Kerr Agency Inc., an independent insurance agency located in Simsbury, Connecticut.
This strategic acquisition furthers King Risk Partners’ expansion across the Northeast. Kerr is King’s fifth agency in Connecticut.
The Kerr Agency has been offering insurance in Simsbury and across Connecticut since 1927. Through this partnership, the agency will be able to expand its personal and business insurance offerings, said Craig Kubasek, of Kerr Agency.
