
Arbella Insurance Group, headquartered in Quincy, Massachusetts, named Executive Vice President and Head of Claim Paul Brady as CEO, effective June 1. Brady has been with Arbella for nearly 15 years, holding numerous leadership positions, including chief information officer and senior vice president of operations. His insurance career began in the IT department at Liberty Mutual.

He will succeed John Donohue, who is retiring as CEO but will continue as chairman of the board and CEO of the Arbella Insurance Foundation. Donohue has served as chairman of the board of directors since the company’s creation in 1988, and as CEO of the Arbella Insurance Group for the last 24 years.
Arbella offers property/casualty insurance in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
