
Willis, a WTW business headquartered in New York City, appointed David Lofstrom as deputy regional leader, New England within corporate risk and broking (CRB) in North America.
Lofstrom’s new position includes working closely with the full New England team to identify new opportunities while also helping to accelerate growth throughout the region. Based in Boston and reporting directly to Ionel Rizea, chief commercial officer for CRB North America, Lofstrom has over 30 years of industry experience. He joins Willis from Gallagher, where he most recently served as area president in the greater Boston region.
K&B Specialty Insurance, headquartered in Reston, Virginia, hired Laura Pepe as a claims director. K&B is a subsidiary of Roosevelt Road Specialty Insurance, headquartered in New York City.
Pepe has over 17 years of experience in claims operations and strategy, with a strong background in supervising facility, physician, and nursing home claims. She has overseen all aspects of settlements, trials, mediations and indemnity reserves management.
