Davis & Towle Insurance Group, headquartered in Concord, New Hampshire, has acquired Tassey Group Insurance in Berlin, which is about 115 miles north of Concord.
Davis & Towle also announced the merger of Tassey Group with Davis & Towle affiliate Marshall Insurance Agency. The Tassey Group will assume the Marshall Insurance Agency name and move to Marshall’s Berlin location.
Previous owner Glenn Tassey will remain on board during the transition before retiring from the insurance business to focus on his financial planning business.
Tassey Customer Service Representative Dodie Saucier will join the Marshall Insurance team.
Davis & Towle Insurance is a third generation, family-owned, independent insurance agency founded in 1954. The agency has 12 affiliated agencies throughout the state.
