Utah-based Trucordia announced it has acquired Charles River Insurance, an independent insurance agency based in Framingham, Massachusetts that serves the greater Boston and central Massachusetts regions.
Charles River Insurance provides personal, commercial, life and health insurance. It has a second office in Leominster.
Tom Vocatura is Charle River’s president and chief executive officer. Tom Groth and Ryan Logan are principals, and Julie DelleChiaie is managing director.
Charles River Insurance partners with more than a dozen carriers.
Trucordia, which has more than 5,000 employees across the U.S., ranks #16 on Insurance Journal’s 2025 Top Property/Casualty Agencies.
