New Jersey-based insurance broker World Insurance Associates reports that it acquired the business of Mossbrook & Hicks Insurance Agency of Cape May Court House, New Jersey on August 1, 2025.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The personal and commercial lines agency became known as Mossbrook & Hicks in 2007, but its history goes back to 1895, according to Orton Hicks III, who is an owner along with Capt. Edward Mossbrook.
World Insurance Associates is headquartered in Iselin, N.J. snd serves its clients from more than 300 locations in 30 states in the U.S and in the U.K.
