Donegal Insurance Group, headquartered in Marietta, Pennsylvania, promoted Josh Mussmon to vice president of marketing operations. Mussmon succeeds Bill Anderson, who will retire from Donegal in January as senior vice president of marketing operations.
Mussmon joined the Donegal team as a farm insurance underwriter in 2002 and ascended from assistant manager of farm underwriting to vice president of personal lines underwriting. Since 2022, Mussmon has served as vice president of national accounts. He will continue to be based out of Donegal’s home office in Marietta.

Anderson’s retirement follows a 44-year career in insurance, including the past 12 years with Donegal, serving first as regional vice president of the Southeast region and later as senior regional vice president of the Mid-Atlantic region. He was named to his current post in 2024.
