Upstate New York-based independent agency Lawley announced that Witkin Scott Associates has joined its organization effective January 1, 2026.
As part of this partnership, all associates of Witkin Scott will join Lawley and relocate to its main office in Buffalo. Witkin Scott is based in nearby Williamsville.
The merger was led by Christopher D. Ross, principal at Lawley, and Harris Witkin, president of Witkin Scott.
“Joining Lawley enables us to provide our clients with expanded resources without compromising the personal relationships and local service they trust,” said Witkin.
Witkin Scott Associates has offered personal and business insurance since 1896.
Headquartered in Buffalo, Lawley has branch offices across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida. It employs 600 associates.
