Dublin, Ireland-based FINEOS, a specialist in Internet marketing solutions for banks and insurers, announced the launch of several new Broker and Agent Portals “specifically designed for banking and insurance companies.”
The new systems provide “tied and employed agents agents with secure, personalized and 24×7 self-service capability,” said the announcement. The portals are designed to provide a wide range of processes, including “managing new business pipelines, providing information on existing accounts, updating customer information, delivering quotations and completing questionnaires.”
FINEOS CEO Michael Kelly indicated that “Banking and insurance companies require effective marketing electronic commerce models that make it easy for the agent and broker to do business with them.” The new portals will “deliver more control to brokers and ultimately increase their confidence in the financial institution they do business with,” he continued.
