Global broker Willis Group Holdings has been named the “2006 European Commercial Broker of the Year” for the second consecutive year. The award was presented as part of the annual European Risk Management Awards conducted by StrategicRISK. It’s determined by the vote of over 4,000 risk and/or insurance managers or directors of multinational companies across 13 European countries.
Willis’ bulletin notes that more than 29 commercial brokers were nominated for the commercial broker award. Each one was “evaluated on who had delivered the best products and service during the year. Willis was selected for the prestigious award ahead of all others in the category after a complex voting process which involved online interviews in five languages with top Risk Managers in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.”
