Members of the Singapore Insurance Brokers Association recently voted Chubb as having the “Best Claims Service.” This is the second consecutive time Chubb has won the award and the fifth consecutive time it placed in the top three.
“Around the world, agents, brokers and customers acknowledge that Chubb is an undisputed leader in claim service,” stated Dino Robusto, Chubb executive VP and worldwide claim manager for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. “By staffing Chubb’s worldwide network of branches with our own claims experts, Chubb is able to consistently deliver on the promise of handling every claim in the most expedient, fair and empathetic manner.”
