The London-based broker Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group confirmed that the sale of its US based retail P/C Insurance and Employee Benefits businesses to Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. was completed after the close of business yesterday.
The deal was announced at the beginning of September (See IJ Website “National” Sept. 8). JLT said the “transaction was completed on the originally announced terms.”
