Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Richard Houghton as chief financial officer, effective April 30. Houghton will report to Chris O’Kane, Aspen’s chief executive officer.
Houghton joins Aspen from Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc, where he has been chief operating officer for RBS Insurance since 2005 .
