Marsh UK has appointed Will Bruce as a Managing Consultant in its Risk Consulting Practice. He will focus on “delivering risk solutions to the firm’s client base that move beyond basic risk management techniques and assist them in extracting maximum value and competitive advantage from their risk management strategy,” said the bulletin.
Bruce joins Marsh from Ernst & Young, where he was a senior manager in its advisory practice for four years. He focused on operational risk management, performance improvement, project management, change management and corporate responsibility for clients in the investment management and wholesale and retail banking sectors.
Eddie McLaughlin, Managing Director, Business Risk Consulting at Marsh indicated that Bruce “joins Marsh at a time when our clients are asking for advice on an increasingly complex range of risk issues.” He added that gaining Bruce’s experience would be a valuable asset for the firm.
