Integro announced the hiring of two established brokers who will join the firm’s Casualty practice in London – Andrew Park and Jonathan Bines.
Park brings considerable technical knowledge and 25 years broking experience, the past 10 years at Lockton’s London office. He started his career at Sedgwick, working for the UK and International divisions. He then joined Leumi Insurance Brokers London, creating its Casualty division, before moving to Alexander Forbes in the mid 1990s, eventually becoming the firm’s head of International Casualty. He has traveled extensively within Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, especially throughout Australia.
Bines joins Integro from Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT), where he was responsible for the design and placement risk transfer solutions for Global Casualty accounts. He started his career at Marsh UK, working on global and multinational accounts. Jonathan moved to JLT in 2003. He brings to Integro nearly 10 years of Casualty experience in handling large complex accounts and a detailed understanding of the complexities of the UK market and its underwriters.
“The hiring of Andrew and Jonathan, two highly regarded, experienced brokers who will work alongside Charlie Waddington, helps solidify Integro’s expanding presence in London,” commented Ron Whyte, co-head of Integro’s international Insurance and Reinsurance division.
Division co-leader Julian Samengo-Turner indicated their broad market experience would “expand Integro’s reach throughout the world from our European base in London.”
