Willis Group Holdings announced the appointment of Keith Tracey as Chairman of Willis’ Global Professional Services Practice, effective immediately. He will report to Roland Avery, Chairman, FINEX (Willis’ Financial, Executive and Professional risks division) and to Joe Trotti, CEO, Global Specialties.
Tracey will be based in London and will be “responsible for developing and executing a strategy to expand Willis’ existing capabilities for professional services firms while providing internationally coordinated services to these clients in major markets,” said the bulletin. “In addition to offering the breadth of Willis’ global resources to these clients wherever they do business, the practice will focus strongly on innovation and the quality of service delivery.”
Tracey has over 20 years of experience in the sector. Prior to joining Willis he was a Managing Director and Leader of the Accountants and Global Professions Practices at Marsh. He has also been Deputy Chairman, Global Professional Services at Aon and before that he held a similar role at Minet. Tracey has worked in Canada, the USA and the UK.
