Fiona Gilvey has been named Head of Sales and Client Development for the Risk Solutions group of Willis UK & Ireland (WUKI), effective immediately. She is based in London, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Major Accounts segment. Gilvey reports to James Nicholson, Managing Director, Willis Corporate Risk Solutions.
“Gilvey’s appointment is part of WUKI’s strategy to expand its Risk Solutions Global Client Advocate team and their portfolio of clients and prospect relationships,” the announcement explained. “She will be accountable for sales, retention and ongoing business development through leading, coaching and providing support to the Risk Solutions team.”
Gilvey started her career as a Commercial Underwriter and Claims Executive with Guardian Insurance in Melbourne. She then worked in the Major Accounts segment in a variety of roles, at Sedgwick, PWC and Deloitte. Most recently, she was with Aon where, she led the Engineering, Manufacturing, Defense and Transportation division of Aon Global, focusing on its largest and most complex corporate clients. She holds an MBA with Commendation.
