The Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford Group (CGSC) announced that the company has accepted the resignation of Jim Summers, CEO of the Group’s UK based Lloyd’s broker, Cooper Gay & Co. Ltd.
Toby Esser CGSC Group Chief Executive, will take over temporarily as Executive Chairman and CEO of Cooper Gay & Co. prior to the appointment of a permanent replacement.
