Miller, the UK-based specialist independent insurance and reinsurance broker, has strengthened its trade credit capabilities with the appointment of Robert Michael.
Tim Press, Head of Special Risks at Miller commented: “Robert has extensive experience in working with trade credit risks and the skills he brings to the team will help us develop new business and further enhance the service that we already offer to our clients.”
Michael is a specialist in the structure and placement of trade credit risks and over the course of a 17 year career has worked with leading global companies across a range of sectors including financial institutions, pharmaceuticals, power & gas and energy & utilities. Robert has joined Miller from Marsh where he was responsible for new trade credit business development within the Southern UK region. Prior to Marsh he worked for GE Capital, Willis and Equifax.
