Lloyd’s Ark Syndicate Moves to ‘All in One’ Electronic Claims

Slowly, but surely the electronic revolution is gaining ground at Lloyd’s and throughout the London market generally. Ark Syndicate Management Limited at Lloyd’s became the latest to make the jump with the announcement that it has “gone live” with its DOCOsoft claims solution.

Ark has adopted the DOCOsoft package, an ECF2 (electronic claims file) workflow solution, to enable its claims process to become quicker and more efficient. DOCOsoft is an Irish document management and workflow software provider.
