Hub International Limited (Hub) subsidiary Hub International HKMB Limited (Hub HKMB) has acquired a book of commercial and personal lines business from Lottie Chan. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Chan is joining Hub HKMB as a vice president, reporting to Anita Kwan, partner, Hub HKMB.
Chan has been engaged in the property and casualty and personal lines insurance brokerage business for more than 25 years, with a particular focus on serving the insurance needs of the Asian Canadian community.
She works with a wide range of businesses in the greater Toronto area, with specific expertise in the transportation, marine cargo, hospitality and real estate industries.
This acquisition further expands Hub HKMB’s extensive presence in the Toronto area.
