    No shock with these findings! How sad to be able to justify making this type of report public to keep a company’s reputation in check. Their financials should continue to suffer for a long time for allowing these findings to be made public. Why even bother with an investigation to begin with.

    Publishing the findings allows potential policyholders to buy their policy without fear they are enabling bullies that drive others to suicide.

    Reminder! If you are being bullied on the job – document – document- DOCUMENT. Complain – complain – COMPLAIN.

    I have dealt with all nature of people in my 30 years in the business including raging, out of control, cursing, blood-red-in-the-face screamers.

    Some of us have thicker skin than others.
