Whitehouse will report directly to Group CEO Dominic Casserley. He will succeed Josh King, who has led the communications function at Willis since 2009 and is now assuming a leadership role in the business with Willis’ Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry group.
Whitehouse has served in the UK government, leading teams in the Prime Minister’s Social Exclusion Unit, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Department of Health. He is a graduate of Oxford University and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, and is a visiting lecturer at Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government and a trustee of the UK education non-profit organisation SAPERE.
