CNA Financial Corporation announced the appointment of Timon Mueller as Vice President of International. He “will lead an underwriting team to strengthen our Home Foreign business and expand our international capabilities,” said the announcement.
John Beckman, Chief Underwriting Officer, Commercial, noted Mueller’s “experience in managing global complex insurance solutions,” which he said “will be valuable as we strengthen our customer segment strategies abroad.”
Mueller joins CNA with 27 years of industry experience. He began his career in underwriting with Allianz Companies in Germany, and has held numerous leadership roles within the Allianz organization. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Property Underwriting for Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty.
