The Bermuda-based Everest Re Group, Ltd. announced that Andrew Carrier will be joining the Company as President of Everest Advisors, UK and General Manager of European Operations, as of November 3, 2014.
Carrier will join Everest from Argo Group where he has served as Chief Underwriting Officer since January 2011. Prior to joining Argo in 2007, he served with Kiln for 23 years and is a widely respected member of the international insurance and reinsurance sectors.
Carrier graduated from St. John’s College, Cambridge University, and continued his professional education at Stanford Business School, Wharton School of Business, and the Chartered Insurance Institute. He also speaks several languages.
