ACE Group has launched ACE Middle Market Solutions, an enhanced proposition for brokers and clients, designed to help continue building its position in the middle market segment in key Continental Europe insurance markets.
The launch follows ACE’s research during 2014, which showed that some 80 percent of Continental European brokers believe their middle market clients will expand internationally over the next two years and beyond. The research also indicated that many middle-market brokers are keen to build more strategic, longer-term relationships with their insurer partners, ACE said in a statement.
ACE Middle Market Solutions has been designed to respond to these market needs and will incorporate:
- Access for the first time to ACE’s range of multinational capabilities, including its global network, local regulatory and compliance know-how and the ACE Worldview technology portal, for key middle market broker partners;
- Dedicated middle market experts on hand in core markets across ACE’s local branch network, providing defined points of contact for brokers for their relationship management, underwriting and claims needs;
- Increased insight for brokers on ACE’s risk appetite for the middle market segment by country, industry and line of business, along with access to educational and technical support on emerging risks for brokers and their middle market clients, where they want it.
The proposition will be rolled out initially in France, Germany and Italy before being extended to other key Continental Europe markets later in the year.
