Old Kent Insurance Group has acquired the Kehoe-Nedrud Agency, a privately owned agency based in Kalamazoo, Mich. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
“This acquisition affords Old Kent Insurance Group continued expansion and visibility in its Kalamazoo and southwest Michigan markets and is consistent with our strategic objective to grow this business line.”
Old Kent is the 57th largest U.S. insurance broker based in Grand Rapids, Mich.
