Indiana United Bancorp has finalized a definitive agreement to acquire the insurance agency of Vollmer & Associates.
The agency merged April 2 with the operations of The Insurance Group, which was formed in 1999 and is wholly-owned by Indiana United Bancorp.
The Insurance Group currently operates two offices in Portland and Greensburg, Indiana and one office in Owensboro, Kentucky.
