Illinois-based Monitor Liability Managers, Inc., a member company of W.R. Berkley Corporation, rolled out a new Non-Profit Directors’ and Officers’ Liability Insurance Program. This program is primarily available through Monitor Online, a system that allows Monitor’s distribution network to obtain real-time quotes and binders online.
While Monitor is willing to underwrite any sized account and most types of organizations, its target market is best known as not-for-profit organizations that qualify under Section 501(c).
Monitor’s professional liability insurance products now include Directors’ and Officers’ (public, private, and non-profit); Employment Practices; and Lawyers’ Professional Liability Insurance. Monitor places coverage only through member companies of W.R. Berkley that are rated “A” (Excellent) or better by A.M. Best.
