Chicago-based CNA Management & Professional Liability Insurance has made available its exclusive Community Associations partnership with Ian H. Graham Inc.
According to CNA Managing Director John Brand, the two share a common vision of how to properly serve the Community Associations market.
The new program was formed to create a balance of competitive rates, along with broad coverage. Community Associations include condominium associations, cooperatives, homeowner associations, timeshares, commercial/business community associations, and property associations.
This month, IHG is passing on information relating to the new CNA Rapid Renewal process to all its D&O accounts with expiration dates after Aug. 31.
The process involves verification of basic details and binding renewal coverage by returning the Rapid Renewal quote form to IHG. The partnership is currently working on finalizing an agreement, which will permit Commercial Crime, Umbrella Liability and Property Managers E&O coverages to be offered as well.
