Visibillity Inc. announced that Employers Mutual Casualty Company, a property and casualty insurer with headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa, signed a three year contract valued at more than $1 million dollars for Visibillity’s collaborative litigation management solution to improve the litigation process and resulting outcomes.
Employers Mutual Casualty is focusing on improving its litigation process by establishing an effective collaborative effort between claims personnel and outside counsel; from case setup and upfront budgeting to final outcome and bill-to-budget review.
Visibillity said that Employers Mutual Casualty joins a roster of the company’s other clients, including CNA, AIG and TIG.
