The Specialty Human Services Division of Great American Insurance Company, a property/casualty insurance company based in Cincinnati, announced the redesign of its Web site, http://www.hsd.gaic.com. The newly designed site features improved navigation, current product and marketing information, and a look consistent with the company’s marketing materials.
Specialty Human Services said the site was redesigned to meet the increasing demand for easy access to timely information by social service agents and customers and has focused changes to support these groups.
Through secured access, contracted agents can view detailed program specific data and submit applications and questionnaires. An enhanced “Contact Us” feature provides marketing representative and underwriter personnel contact information. The site also offers more than 200 Loss Prevention Data Guides and numerous industry-related links for the social service community.
