Pivot/Info-One a Columbus, Ohio-based provider of data collection, processing and fulfillment solutions for the insurance industry, announced the management team integration of their two companies: Pivot and Info-One.
David Shapiro, the former founding president of Info-One, will lead the new organization as the new CEO, responsible for the overall direction of the new company, as well as its marketing and sales strategy. Lou Hensley, the former founding co-president of Pivot, will remain a co-president of the new company, joined by Bill Taggart, former chief administration officer of Wachovia Insurance Group. Taggart replaces David Florian Pivot’s other former founding co-president, who has taken a new position within the Wachovia Insurance Group.
Pivot/Info-One is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wachovia Insurance Group.
