Chicago-based Hub International Limited announced that Joseph P. Flanagan and Richard J. Palleschi have been named president and CEO at two of the company’s brokerage units: Flanagan at Chicago-based Mack and Parker Inc. and Palleschi at The McCarthy Companies, in Massachusetts.
Flanagan, who will work with Mack and Parker chairman Edward E. Mack III, joined Hub International and Mack and Parker in June 2001. In Jan., 2002, Flanagan’s firm, J.P. Palleschi, previously executive vice president and COO of The McCarthy Companies, will report to Cornelius J. McCarthy, who will continue in his role as Chairman of the unit. Prior to joining McCarthy in 1983, Palleschi held various underwriting and marketing management positions in the insurance industry for 20 years.
