Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced that its Board of Directors has appointed David L. Marcus to the position of Corporate Vice President.
Marcus first joined Gallagher in 1985 as an account manager in the company’s Miami office. “Over the next nine years, he worked his way to Area Vice President of this office. In 1994, he was promoted to Area President of Gallagher’s Boca Raton office where in 1999, he became the National Director of the company’s Public Entity and Scholastic Division. Most recently he was promoted to the additional position of Southeast Regional Manager of Gallagher’s Brokerage Services Division,” said the announcement.
President and CEO J. Patrick Gallagher stated that, “Out of Dave’s 20 years of industry experience, 17 of those years have been with Gallagher. Throughout his career here, he has contributed significantly to the growth of our company, and we’re extremely pleased to have his leadership talents on our management team.”
