Michigan’s Office of Financial and Insurance Services (OFIS) Commissioner Frank M. Fitzgerald announced that it will release a report on Monday, Dec. 16 regarding the use of insurance credit scoring in Michigan.
“The report follows six public hearings held around the state during the summer of 2002. In addition, OFIS staff recently have concluded extensive insurance credit scoring research and will be attending the upcoming National Association of Insurance Commissioners meeting to hear the results from the national working group on insurance credit scoring,” said the announcement.
