Southfield, Mich.-based alternative risk specialist Meadowbrook Insurance Group has lost Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Joseph C. Henry to XL Capital.
Henry will work in XL’s London, England, operation.
Karen M. Spaun, Meadowbrook’s chief accounting officer, has been named acting chief financial officer.
Gregory L. Wilde, senior vice president of Meadowbrook’s branch operations, and a 30-year insurance industry veteran, has assumed additional corporate and operational responsibilities and will be appointed president of insurance company subsidiaries.
