Example Platform product suite. TransAct further extends the product life-cycle management capabilities of Duck Creek’s Microsoft-based platform by offering Web-enabled policy administration for any line of business.
This added functionality complements Example Platform’s rating, underwriting, workflow and submission capabilities, offering insurance carriers a cost effective and efficient method to define, develop, deploy and support new insurance products.
TransACT is fully customizable for a carrier’s unique policy processing requirements. Using Duck Creek’s Example Author, business users can configure TransAct to support all the rules, screens, and workflow necessary to implement the carrier’s specific transaction needs.
