Minneapolis-based RSM McGladrey Business Services has appointed Robert M. Digby president of MyBenefitSource (MBS). Digby will focus on increased customer success and market penetration for MBS, a national leader in workforce management technology and business process outsourcing services, and a business line of RSM McGladrey Business Services.
Digby brings more than 17 years of payroll and benefit industry expertise, proven operational success in leading high-performance organizations and customer-centric service organizations. He spent 15 years with Ceridian Corp., a $1.3 billion technology-based services company providing payroll and human resource information services to organizations in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.
Most recently Digby served as president of PowerPay, a Ceridian Small Business Company, where he launched the first Web-based Internet payroll business in the industry. Digby also developed and launched “Source 500,” rated by the Gartner Group in 1999 as the number one integrated payroll and human resources product. He held several other senior-level positions at Ceridian including senior vice president of marketing and vice president of sales.
SingleSourceTechnologySM (SST) helps clients seamlessly integrate eight key HR business process payroll, tax filing & compliance, HR data management, benefits brokerage, enrollment, employee eligibility tracking, benefits administration, and benefit invoice reconciliation.
Digby replaces Edward L. Cain III, who announced plans last month to step down as president and CEO of MBS.
