Itasca, Ill.-based brokerage giant Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced the acquisition of HRadvantage LLC of Waukegan, Ill. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1994, HRadvantage LLC is a human resource specialist firm that offers a wide-range of human resource consulting services including compensation program renovation, custom market studies, outsourced human resource services, and employee communication support.
Mary Novak-Jandrey, Scott Hamilton and their associates, will continue to operate out of their current office under the direction of James Durkin, president of Gallagher Benefit Services, a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
