Mack and Parker Inc. moved to more definitively identify its status as the Chicago hub of the North American insurance broker Hub International Ltd. by changing its name to Hub International of Illinois Ltd. The change was effective as of Monday.
The name change is a result of a corporate-wide branding effort to build stronger brand awareness throughout North America. Founded in 1935, Mack and Parker has been part of the Hub International group of companies since 1999.
Hub International Illinois will continue to offer a broad array of insurance services including personal, commercial, employee benefits and executive benefits through a variety of insurance carriers.
