Robert Lear, president and CEO of Penn Independent Corp., announced the promotion of Karl Snearer to president of Apex Insurance Agency Inc., Apex Insurance Services of Illinois Inc. and Summit Risk Services.
Snearer began his tenure with Apex Insurance Agency Inc. in 1993. Since then, he has held the titles of senior vice president and director of Brokerage Operations, and COO.
Under his direction, Apex has provided insurance solutions for associations, pools, and large and diverse clients across the country.
