    This is a tempest in a teapot. No one has done more than Conrad to stablize workers comp rates in Ohio, get injured workers back to work, all the other right things. While this coin issue needs to be addressed, it should not be the exclamation point on an otherwise effective performance.

    Here is another scheme that we the tax payers in Ohio have to pay. So far todate they may have lost over 225M per the local paper. Business’s in Ohio will NO DOUBT have to pay for mismanagment and possibly out right theft!
    Its just not fair!
    Will anything be done or is the money already off shore is another account waiting for the theif to pick up and move on. Over the years Ohio has produced some fairly good schemes and con artists that have costed the hardworking tax payer dearly.
