New York-based Mercator Risk Services, a specialty wholesale insurance broker, has added Julie Courcelle Lewin to its expanding Midwest Casualty Practice as an assistant vice president.
Prior to joining Mercator, Lewin worked for six years as a broker, most recently at Tri-City Brokerage, placing all casualty insurance programs including general liability, umbrella liability and other third-party liability.
“Julie will be an integral player on our growing Midwest team of casualty placement brokers,” said Michael Connelly, senior vice president – Midwest Casualty. “Julie’s experience in the wholesale marketplace and her relationships with casualty markets make her the ideal addition to the Mercator roster.
